Deer Creek Motorcoach Resort
Opening in 2008

As many of you know the golf course next door is owned
by Barry Poole and he closed the course late in 2007.  
Barry is developing the driving range into a Luxury
Motorcoach Resort and has ask me to assist him with
the design & sales. It will include 67 Sites a Gated
Entrance, Log Lodge with Greatroom, Kitchen, Movie
Theater, Restroom's and over 2000 sq. Ft. Of covered
decks with a rock fireplace, 9 hole golf course, 18 hole
garden style miniature golf. All streets are paved and
have curbing. The sites have 100 amps power, water,
sewer, cable TV with internet, concrete pad and
extensive landscaping. The sites will be deeded and a
homeowners assoc. will keep the grounds maintained.
Each owner my add an outdoor kitchen, fireplace or
spa. The Resort will be limited to Motorcoaches only,
Class A Diesels 38 feet min, Class A Gas 36 feet min.,
Class C Diesels 38 feet min. Projected prices are $69,900
to $89,900. Deer Creek RV Resort will be separate and
open to guest as usual. Anyone interest in owning a site
may contact Barry or myself, I am looking forward to
offer this opportunity with Barry to just a few lucky
people who are looking for a mountain retreat.

Update on Progress

The Entrance & Club House will be done in April and as you can see from the
photo's it looks GREAT. The sites are progressing very well but lots of work
are still ahead. Please keep watching this page for more updates. Anyone
interested in reserving a lot please contract us or come stay at the current
campground next door and see the construction for yourself.
